Our Damage Protection covers minor accidental damage that may occur during your rental, including stains, loose embellishments, or minor fabric pulls resulting from normal wear during your event.
This cover helps protect you from additional charges up to $100 for specialist repairs or dry cleaning. Please note that it does not cover loss, theft, irreparable damage, significant staining, alterations, or any damage caused by negligence or misuse.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping is an additional $16, which includes overnight courier service and a prepaid return bag via NZ Post.
All garments must be returned by 1 p.m. the next working day (Monday–Friday) at a NZ Post shop counter or drop box. Late returns will incur fees. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.
